With 8 private meeting rooms, we can accommodate groups from
10 to 300. We can set up the meeting room to your particular
groups' specifications (E, U, T shaped tables, classroom
or theater style seating). Well known for our hospitality
and flexibility, Lake Tiak-O'Khata wants to help make
your meeting or retreat a success. Please let us know
if you have any special requests and we will be happy

Meals and Restaurant Service
We have 6 private dining rooms. Groups have access to our delicious breakfast buffet that typically includes eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, hashbrowns, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt and juices. The main dining room features a daily lunch buffet everyday served from 11 to 2 PM. We also have a special Sunday lunch buffet and a seafood buffet served on Friday nights. A typical dinner buffet includes two meats of our choice, assorted vegetables, salad bar, assorted desserts, tea, water, and coffee. A special menu can be planned from our Private Buffet Menu or Seated Dinner Menu for an extra fee. Groups of 25 or less are welcome to order from our Group Menu.

Our
77 unit motel, complete with efficiency suites, is within walking distance of our restaurant and meeting rooms. The Lake offers reasonable Motel Group Packages that include lodging, meals and a complimentary meeting room..

Agenda
We are open from 6 AM to 10 PM seven days a week. Check in time
begins at 4 PM. You are welcome to come early and enjoy our recreational
facilities. Check-out time is 11 AM. Please let us know meeting
times, meal times, and coffee break times in advance to enable our
staff to prepare for your group.

Billing
We will be happy to direct bill your meeting and hotel stay. Please make these arrangements prior to your arrival. For direct billing, an authorized signature is required on the invoice at the conclusion of the scheduled conference. Please also furnish a billing address to the motel desk. We need to know in advance whether billing is one bill or individually billed.
